Order 4 Disorder
A Platform for Inner Exploration
Here, inner exploration takes shape through shared practices and voices.
Through contributions, sessions, workshops, and creative approaches, Order 4 Disorder hosts voices that investigate resilience, clarity, and transformation. It invites participation, dialogue, and the exchange of methods that turn inner disorder into meaningful structure.

When a Narcissist Breaks the Soul Contract with an Empath
Letters never sent
This corner exists as an invitation to write the letter that was never delivered.

Sometimes, words are written without ever being sent.
A letter meant for someone who will never read it—
because you parted ways,
because courage never arrived,
or because they are no longer here.
Here, you may release what remains unspoken.
A love, an apology, a goodbye, a truth left behind.
Instead of sending it to its intended receiver,
you may send it to Miss Ms—
a gentle in-between,
a place where your words can land safely
and where the weight of holding them alone may soften.
You may write anonymously.
You may write freely.
You may write simply to let it go.
This can also be a text you wish to share—
a fragment of your heart,
a confession,
a memory asking to be witnessed.
Nothing is judged.
Everything is held
And here i am
my future me
And i am close enough
to be the one
that i wanted to become
Athens, December 12,2025
I'm not going to ask you to give me a kiss.
Nor that you ask me for forgiveness when I think
that you have done something wrong or that you have been mistaken.
Nor will I ask you to hug me when I need you most,
or invite me to dinner on our anniversary day.
I will not ask you to travel the world,
to live new experiences
much less to ask you to give me your hand
when we are in the middle of a city.
I'm not going to ask you to tell me how beautiful I am,
even if it's a lie, or write me anything nice.
Neither will I ask you to call me to tell me how it was during the day,
or to tell me that you miss me.
I will not ask you to thank me for everything I do for you,
nor to worry for me when my spirits are on the ground,
and of course,
I will not ask you to support me in my decisions
I'm not going to ask you to listen to me when I have a thousand stories to tell you.
I'm not going to ask you to do anything,
not even stay by my side forever.
Because if I have to ask you,
I do not want it anymore.
